Why a Workshop for Mothers?
There is no other job in the world that requires someone to be physically, mentally and emotionally available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Even with this demanding schedule, a mother tries to be in good spirits for her children and her partner.
In most cases when there are no grandparents or community to lend support on a regular basis mothers manage to perform most of their duties with dedication.
For the first time a workshop was designed to introduce new techniques to further enrich a woman’s experience being a Mother.
Our series of thematic workshops are designed according to the findings of our latest survey to best respond to the needs and aspirations that mothers have for themselves and their children.
Learn more about our workshop:
We believe that bringing up children that are able to live balanced and fulfilling lives is one of the most important jobs anyone can ever perform.
We live in a complex world that is making a mother’s job very demanding. The influences that our children get from the external environment are often in competition with the values that we wish to instil in them.
While fathers share some of the responsibilities of child rearing today, it is still mothers who act as the decision makers on their children’s upbringing, education, healthy lifestyle for the family and more.
At the same time, like all effective leaders, mothers wish to take better care of themselves as individuals.
After years of working as trainers and coaches, we have come to realize that while there are a lot of tools of professional development for women in the work field, there is little or nothing for mothers to fulfil their job as family leaders.
Now, for the first time, we are bringing all of the tools of effective communication and cooperation applied in professional settings today in order to support you in your career as a mother.
Together we can work to help our children “become the change we want to see in the world”
